LET'S BE REAL HERE.

You know your worth.

You've said the affirmations. You've done the mindset work. You could probably recite your own value proposition in your sleep.

You're busy, booked, and somehow still not making the money you should be.

That gap isn't a mindset problem.

"Knowing your worth" was never a pricing strategy — it's a feeling. And feelings don't build a sustainable business that funds itself — and you.

TWM-15

IF YOU'VE EVER:

  • Set a price, felt a wave of guilt, and quietly lowered it before you sent the proposal
  • Built your rates around what feels fair rather than what the math actually requires
  • Watched a client hesitate for two seconds and immediately started negotiating against yourself
  • Priced yourself the way your last boss priced you — not the way an owner prices a business

... this workshop is for you.

WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY DOING IN 90 MINUTES:

This isn't a worksheet about self-worth. It's also not a spreadsheet training.

It's a working session on the mechanics of pricing — the numbers, structures, and decisions that sit underneath the number you charge, so pricing stops being a mood that has room for negotiation and starts being a system you can stand behind with confidence.

We'll walk through:

  • Why "charge your worth" is bad advice — and what to use instead
  • The real cost of underpricing — what it does to your capacity, not just your bank account
  • A framework to determine your price — one that isn't led by guilt, nerves, or what feels fair
  • How to catch yourself mid-negotiation — the moment most business owners give their margin away, and how to close it

We'll close with a Q&A session so you leave with a clear-eyed look at whether your current pricing can actually sustain the business you're trying to build — and a next step if it can't.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're good at what you do. Clients are happy. Your calendar is full. And somehow, the business still doesn't feel easy — the money's tighter than it should be, or you're working harder than the revenue justifies. You're not looking for permission to charge more. You're looking for the part of the equation you're missing.

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR:

If you want someone to tell you your current prices are fine and you just need to believe in yourself more — this isn't that room. We're not doing a pep talk. We're taking apart the thinking that got you here, and replacing it with tangible strategies to help you get closer to not worrying about the numbers.

MEET YOUR HOST

Trina Waller, Capacity & Sustainability Strategist

I'm Trina Waller. I'm a Business Growth Strategist focused on founder capacity & business sustainability.

I'm also an entrepreneur who spent years under charging, hesitating when stating my fees, and using phrases like "it's what the market will bear" when defending my pricing.

Over 16 years, I've worked with manufacturers, distributors, health & wellness businesses, coaches, contractors, and service based businesses, helping them grow without hype.  And the consistent thing among them all is that "just charge more" was never useful advice on its own. Neither is "charge your worth."  What actually changes things is understanding why the number you're charging feels so hard to move, and what to do about it that isn't a mantra.

This workshop is the condensed version of what I walk clients through one-on-one — built for a room, not a spreadsheet.
