The Situation

She had built something genuinely rare — an internationally recognized yoga teacher training program with a reputation strong enough that students sought her out from across the world. The demand was there. The credibility was there. The certification was there.

What wasn't there was a business that could keep up with any of it.

By the time she came to me, what should have been a highly profitable operation had become a money pit. She was paying three marketing contractors whose strategies didn't account for — and in some cases actively threatened — her Yoga Alliance certification requirements. She was subscribed to six separate SaaS platforms, none of which were fully utilized because running the business left no time to actually learn the tools. With the delivery infrastructure in place, her live-only training model was restructured. The bulk of her 100-hour and 200-hour YTT content moved to pre-recorded, self-paced delivery hosted on her own platform. What had previously required her physical presence for every session became something students could move through on their own timeline, with her showing up for the pieces that genuinely required her.
