How this Works.

Step 1 — Discovery Call

We have a 30 to 60 minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. I ask the questions I need to ask, you tell me what's happening in your business, and we figure out together whether there's a genuine fit.

If there is, I'll tell you exactly what I recommend as a next step and why.

This call is free. Your time and candor are the only investment.

Step 2 — Comprehensive Strategic Assessment

The diagnostic work happens before any ongoing engagement. This mandatory step isn't a free-tier "audit", it's a comprehensive strategic breakdown and analysis of your marketing, where the revenue is leaking and why, and, if needed, your business operations.

During the assessment, I go deep into your business — your marketing architecture, the specific constraints of your industry and audience, your revenue systems, your team environment and business operations, and the gap between where you are and where you're trying to go. I go as deep as I need to find the answers, because they're almost never surface-level. (If they are, I'm not the right fit and engagement ends with the assessment.)

The process can take 2 - 3 weeks, depending on complexity, and what comes out of this is a documented findings presentation: a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, what the real constraints are, and what the path forward looks like. Specific. Prioritized. Actionable.

Most assessments start at $5K, but the scope and investment for the assessment are determined by what the discovery conversation reveals. I'll present you with a clear recommendation before you commit to anything.

Aside from providing you with a clear picture of your business strengths and weaknesses, the goal of the assessment is to determine if ongoing engagement makes sense. It's a deliberate filter — we only proceed if it's genuinely worthwhile for both of us.

Step 3 — Fractional CMO Engagement

If the assessment confirms an ongoing engagement makes sense, what comes next is structured around what your business actually needs — the complexity of your environment, the capacity of your internal team, and the scope of the work ahead.

The typical investment range is around $10K/month with an average engagement length of 6–12 months. Terms aren't picked from a menu — they're determined by what the assessment actually reveals about your business and the specific constraints of your industry and audience.

You'll receive a formal proposal outlining scope, terms, and investment at the conclusion of the assessment. Nothing moves forward until we've both reviewed it and agreed it makes sense.

And that last part matters more than any of the numbers above. This only works if the fit is genuine — strategically, professionally, and personally. Which is exactly why it all starts with a conversation.
