"The money part will not sort itself out."

There's a specific kind of giving that health and wellness practitioners do that has nothing to do with generosity.

It’s sacrifice.

And it shows up as women giving their all because they believe in what they're doing, what they're offering - whether it's a niche light therapy device, a yoga practice, trauma therapy, or disability advocacy. They believe in it sooo much that they go above and beyond to help as many people as possible - sometimes even lowering their rates to do so, because the need is so great.

For these women, the desire to help others is visceral. It's their primary motivation, but they often can't detach "helping" from "free labour". They think that if they just work hard, work more, the money part will sort itself out.

I’m here to tell you that the money part will NOT sort itself out.

And no amount of “more” will make that happen.

You need a system to do that for you.

And building that system is where I come in.

I'm Trina. I've been building revenue systems for small and mid-sized businesses since 2010.

I thought I had this whole “woman in business” thing figured out, and life was good. Bought a house, new cars, took the kids on vacations. All of it was working.

Until it wasn’t.

I know what it looks like when a business has no infrastructure to hold it up — because I've lived it.

A health crisis in 2018 took me out for months and there was nothing there to catch me. No systems, no recurring revenue, nothing that worked without me working.

I rebuilt. Stronger. Healthier.

And in doing that, the practitioners and modalities that helped me most were the hardest to find — because compliance constraints had made them effectively invisible.

This work sits smack dab in the middle of two things I believe wholeheartedly: that every business deserves marketing that drives real growth, and that every person deserves access to the care that actually works for them.

For me, this isn't just a niche. It's personal.

I'll tell you the whole story when we talk.

How I think about this work.

Trust isn't a brand value you declare.

It's a structural decision you make — in how you sequence your messaging, how you treat someone who isn't ready yet, how you build something that earns belief instead of manufacturing it.

You already know this. It's how you show up for your own clients every day.

My job is to build your business the same way you build trust with the people you serve. So that growth is built on something that holds.

I don't step in to push harder on what's already there.

I step in to redesign what's underneath.

The work, briefly:

  • Nearly 20 years in marketing strategy and revenue systems.
  • 16 years running an independent consultancy.
  • Clients across health, wellness, professional certification, and regulated industries in Canada.
  • Based in Metro Vancouver, BC.

If any of this is resonating, the best next step is a conversation.

No pitch, no pressure — just an honest look at your business and whether I'm the right person to help.
