Trina Waller Marketing (“TWM,” “I,” “me”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with trinawaller.com and my consulting services.

- Business data, marketing assets, and other materials you share as part of a consulting engagement. This information is used solely to deliver your services and is treated as confidential.

I do not currently operate a newsletter. If an email list is introduced in the future, subscription will be opt-in only, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Transactional emails related to an active engagement (invoices, project updates, scheduling) are sent as part of service delivery.

Client engagement data is retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Contact and inquiry data is retained for a reasonable period to manage the business relationship and is deleted when no longer needed.

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. I am not responsible for data collected by these platforms when you visit or interact with them.
