We have a 1 – 2 hour conversation where you tell me everything. What’s working, what isn’t, what you’ve tried, and where you’re stuck. You don’t need to have it figured out before we talk. That’s the whole point.
What comes out of that conversation is clarity and direction. You’ll get four foundational priorities that, once addressed, will start creating stability and consistency. This is not a list of suggestions, it’s a specific order of operations that’s documented, prioritized, and actionable.
Then we meet for 30 minutes once a week for 4 weeks. Each session addresses one of your priorities. And we work together to make sure you’re implementing, adjusting, and actually moving forward.
