In an Untangle Session, we're going to figure out which ones are costing you the most right now, and uncover why you're struggling with them.

It's not more strategy. It's not more to-do lists.

We find the cause, so the strategy can have an effect.

Here's what actually happens

We start by talking. We have an honest conversation about where things feel hard.

There's no agenda, no form to fill in. Just a conversation. My only goal during this first session is that you leave feeling like you were heard by someone who understands, so the conversation will be recorded. I may make a few notes of key things I want to touch on, but my priority is to be present with you.

The real work starts after the call. I watch the recording (yes, immediately), and start putting the pieces together.

Because what you think the problem is and what's actually blocking you are often two different things.

From your own words, I find what is having the most impact right now. Specific, concrete points where a small shift will create the largest leap forward for you.

Then we meet four more times to work through them together.

Because knowing what to do and actually being able to do it are not the same thing, and I'm not interested in leaving you with a strategy you can't implement.

Typical call length is around 1.5 hours, but it will be as short or as long as it needs to be for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. 

A document that takes everything we uncovered and tells you exactly what to do first, second, third, and fourth. Because you can only do one thing at a time, and I'm going to tell you which one.

Four follow-up sessions to clarify and implement each one.

Direct email access between sessions for questions that can't wait.

Sessions are recorded via Google Meet. AI-generated session summaries will be sent within minutes of ending the call. And then I'll personally go through and correct any mistakes, clarifying where needed.
